Manuka honey is known worldwide for it’s anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
As part of our mission to increase the health of the native bush and rivers, we let some of our land regenerate. Manuka is a pioneer native species and so we have a lot of Manuka on our hills.
One of the many benefits or retiring this farmland is to have honey made on the property, a portion of which is labelled as our own Blue Duck Honey.
