BLUE DUCK LODGE
Situated in a clearing above the banks of the Retaruke River Blue Duck Lodge looks out onto
breathtaking views of native bush. This private self-contained lodge offers a comfortable base for relaxing, tramping and the many outdoor activities on offer on the station.
Blue Duck Lodge is the first lodge as you enter the station, seven kilometres before Blue Duck Cafe, and can accommodate up to six people. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; a superking and a queen. A mezzanine floor sleeps a further two people on two single beds. The open plan living space is furnished with comfortable seating, a large farmhouse dining table made from beautiful Macrocarpa timber and wood burning stove. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen a BBQ and seating is available on the covered deck.
